Terms of Service

You may use FactoryStudio Code Catalog only with an approved account and according to the permissions assigned to your role. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your email or identity provider secure.

Source packages, documents, videos, and other catalog materials remain subject to the Product Purchase Terms, Software License, and any product-specific notices. Access to a download does not transfer copyright or ownership and does not grant permission to redistribute the materials.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's identity, or use catalog materials unlawfully. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, its users, or its content.

We may update products, versions, features, and these terms. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. The current version is identified by the effective date above.

The service and catalog materials are provided on an as-available basis. Test all code and instructions in an appropriate environment before production use. To the extent permitted by law, FactoryStudio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service.
