What does a membership include?+
Membership provides a secure account, product-based access, download credits, history, and access to approved release resources.
How are download credits counted?+
The first successful download of a protected file version uses one credit from the active membership. Downloading that same version again is free. Google sign-in does not grant credits.
How do I pay?+
The Pro plan is paid by bank transfer. Upload the slip from checkout. An admin confirms the amount against the server price before membership credits start. There is no card checkout and no automatic renewal.
Can one product include code, Word, PDF, and video?+
Yes. Each product release can include multiple file types, all grouped by version in the product detail page.
Can administrators control each customer’s products?+
Yes. Product access is assigned per customer account and verified again whenever a protected file is requested.
How do GitHub releases reach the catalog?+
A secured integration endpoint can receive a GitHub Release, register its files, and make them available from R2.
Can I request a refund?+
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type and whether digital files have already been accessed. See the Refund Policy for details.
