1. License grant
After a one-time product purchase and approved delivery, FactoryStudio grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, modify, and deploy the software for one licensed organization and its permitted internal projects. The purchase does not transfer copyright. FactoryStudio retains ownership of the original materials.
2. Permitted use
The customer may configure, integrate, internally modify, and deploy licensed code in the customer’s own environments. Documentation may be reproduced internally for employees and contractors working on the licensed implementation.
3. Restrictions
The customer may not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense, upload source packages to a public repository, remove ownership notices, or use the material to create a competing catalog without written permission.
4. Permanent product access
An approved one-time purchase does not expire under the standard offer. The customer may continue downloading that product’s published files through the purchasing account while the catalog and product remain supported. Copies lawfully downloaded may continue to be used, modified, and deployed internally under this license.
5. Updates
Compatible later versions, patches, and replacement packages published for the purchased product are included while the product remains supported, unless the Product Detail page or a separate written agreement states otherwise. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses at all times.
6. Third-party components
Some products include open-source or third-party components governed by their own licenses. Those notices remain applicable and take priority for the relevant component.
7. Warranty and support
Software is provided according to the product description and supported versions shown in the catalog. Custom implementation, uptime, or fitness commitments apply only when stated in a separate agreement.
