1. Product and final price
The price bands shown on Pricing are a guide. The final price displayed on the selected Product Detail and Checkout pages is the price for that product. Checkout sends only the Product ID and the server supplies the official amount.
2. Payment and approval
Payment is made by bank transfer unless another method is agreed in writing. Uploading a slip does not immediately grant access. The order becomes Paid and product access begins only after an administrator verifies and approves the transfer.
3. What the purchase includes
An approved one-time purchase grants the buying account permanent download access to the files listed for that product, including replacement files and compatible later releases that FactoryStudio publishes for that product while the catalog and product remain supported. Repeat downloads do not use credits.
4. License scope
A purchase grants a license to use, modify, and deploy the product for one licensed organization unless the Product Detail page or a written quote states otherwise. Copyright is not transferred. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, and uploading protected source code to a public repository are prohibited. The complete Software License also applies.
5. Custom products and services
Custom pricing is agreed separately according to scope, integrations, deployment, support, and maintenance. A custom quote or statement of work takes priority if it expressly differs from these standard terms. Work begins only after both parties accept the written scope and payment conditions.
6. Delivery and account security
Purchased files are delivered through My Downloads to the approved account. The customer must keep the sign-in account secure and must not share protected download links or credentials.
7. Refunds and technical issues
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Contact FactoryStudio promptly if the wrong product was purchased, a duplicate transfer occurred, or a verified technical failure prevents delivery.
